This resort offers a great variety of pools for every taste plus easy access to both the beach and the pool. the meals were plenty and of great quality, especially the pizza and French restaurant. the staff provided superb service, always friendly and willing to help wherever needed. the rooms were nice and clean, the towels and sheets changed daily, plus the hotel provides a dedicated kitchen for parents to prepare meals for their little ones.
Some areas of the resort need improvement in terms of maintenance.

The pool area was amazing with different types of pools for all ages to enjoy. the sandy seating areas were a great touch, giving a beach, like feel without having to leave the hotel. the dedicated baby kitchens in each building provided fresh fruit, porridge and milk that was a great convenience for families with babies.
The lack of healthy options in the buffet was disappointing and the food quality was sub, par. the room furniture was old and towels could be more updated.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The view is stunning, and the hotel facilities were always clean. It's located in a great location, making it easy to navigate this city. The breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly and helpful.

The resort had fantastic infrastructure with beautiful pools and gardens. The beach was great with warm water and a cool breeze. The meals were delicious with great quality and quantity. The staff was amazing, always friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The room was a letdown. The air conditioning wasn't very efficient, the bathroom had issues with water drainage and it was not very clean.

We recently stayed at this luxurious five-star hotel and were blown away by the exclusive amenities. the service was exceptional and the Spa & wellness centre with sauna, Jacuzzi, and massage made for a truly relaxing stay. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace with sun loungers were perfect for soaking up the sun.
We did encounter a minor issue with the beach access. While the location advantage of being beachfront is great, the beach umbrellas were limited and the beach loungers were often occupied.
